What we collect

Bridge collects the information needed to provide mediation between you and your partner: your display name, an anonymous account identifier, your partner connection, device notification token, purchase status, and the perspectives and answers you choose to share during mediation sessions.

Why we need it

Your responses are what Bridge analyzes to create mediation reports. Account information is used to link you with your partner and keep your sessions organized. We do not collect information for its own sake.

Privacy between partners

During a mediation interview, your answers are not visible to your partner, and their answers are not visible to you. The mediation report brings both perspectives together after both interviews are complete.

AI processing

Bridge sends mediation responses securely to OpenAI to generate analyses and reports. OpenAI processes this content on Bridge's behalf under its API data controls. Bridge does not use your mediation content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Deletion

Shared sessions remain on Bridge's servers until an account member chooses Delete all data in the app. That action permanently removes the anonymous account, device tokens, partner connection, encrypted stories, and shared reports. Because a mediation belongs to both partners, deleting the account also removes those shared reports.
